Pearland, Texas is booming, it's the third largest and fastest growing city in Houston for over 18 years. The proximity to the Texas Medical Center has made it one of the most sought after neighborhoods since it's Texas 288, or the Nolan Ryan Expressway runs through it and the Beltway is also another major thoroughfare to make trips to work and your daily agenda easily accessible. Pearland has it's own school district and some of the area shares with the Alvin School District. Quality education is one of the reasons that new residents move to the Pearland area. Many of the Pearland public schools have earned the state's exemplary status. Home to the University of Houston at Pearland, an expansive shopping mall, plenty of commerce along with an abundance of beautiful apartment homes, new luxury townhomes with garages, and the amenities to suit every lifestyle from green space to smart home technology. Montrose is home to some of Houston's new luxury apartment communities but expect to pay top dollar for those coveted spots, although we can find some great specials at select properties in the Montrose area. It's an eclectic and eccentric community rich with history, a four mile area of unique and diverse architecture, art galleries, from cozy cafe's to chocolate bars, neon lit tattoo parlors, antique shops and an array of vibrant entertainment venues.        
Midtown and Art District has recently been revitalized with green spaces like Midtown and Bagby Parks and with the biking and walking trails, and it's proximity to public transportation, the walk score is comparable to major cities like New York. While Midtown doesn’t have any of the big-name attractions, it does have many of the city’s prized restaurants and bars, all in close proximity of each other. Houston’s Midtown is home to pub crawls, similar to the Museum District, its proximity to the train makes it perfect for those who want to get to museums and other attractions during the day, but also provides opportunities to enjoy a popular nightlife and a new Whole Foods store is opening later in the year.
The Museum District offers more attractions than anywhere else in Houston per square foot and located right off the Red Line's Museum District's train stop, it's home to Hermann Park and the Houston Zoo. These attractions, the Children’s Museum, Houston Museum of Natural Science and the Museum of Fine Arts are all within a few walkable blocks of each other. You're also just a short ride away from other attractions like the famed Downtown Aquarium, Discovery Green, Rice University, Minute Maid Park in Downtown Houston, NRG Stadium and Toyota Center. These are a few short lite-rail stops away.  
Houston Heights is also a high profile area with different sections from the historic Heights to Woodland Heights offering many unique shopping experiences for antiques, the ever-growing pub crawls and more popular dining spots with easy access to public transportation also.
